The Windsor Fine Arts Festival will be held at Boardwalk Park on Friday, July 27 (half day) , Saturday, July 28, and Sunday, July 29. The hours are 3p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, 10a.m. to 6p.m. on Saturday, and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Several food vendors will also be on site throughout the show. Golf carts will be available to help transport patrons who park in distant parking lots or on the street away from Boardwalk Park. For more information, call (970) 266-9800.
